Update: Ardersier Waste Water Treatment
Following a meeting with Scottish Water and recent correspondence I received in response to the queries I raised on behalf of residents of Ardersier, I have, again, written to the Chief Executive of Scottish Water asking for 3 clear actions.
- A full and robust consultation to be undertaken from scratch
- A pause to be put on works while this consultation is undertaken
- To facilitate a meeting with representatives from the campaign and elected members
I have also written to the Highland Council to ask that they review the handling of the application to ensure that there is complete transparency and that residents can have confidence that the matter was dealt with appropriately.
