You may be aware that I hosted a Funding Fayre on Friday. If you were unable to attend but still require information, you can view the list of funders that were in attendance from the list below:

Bank of Scotland Foundation supports people and their local communities across Scotland.

BBC Children in Need awards grants each year to organisations supporting disadvantaged children and young people in the UK.

The Big Lottery Fund give grants from £300 to more than £500,000 to community and voluntary groups and charities.

The Climate Challenge Fund is a Scottish Government grant programme managed and administered by Keep Scotland Beautiful. They provide support, resources and training and organise events to support community groups taking action on climate change.

Creative Scotland distributes funding for the arts, screen and creative industries from two primary sources, the Scottish Government and the National Lottery.

Cycling Scotland receive funding from Transport Scotland to bring cycling out from the fringes of everyday life and into the mainstream. They aim to establish cycling as an acceptable, attractive and practical lifestyle option.

Foundation Scotland offers a number of  grant programmes made up of money from the many different funds they distribute on behalf of companies, individuals, charitable trusts and community benefit funds.

Firstport’s Award Programme supports individuals to turn their ideas into thriving social enterprises.

Heritage Lottery Fund believe all communities should benefit from Lottery funding for heritage.

Highland Leader accepts applications from community based groups.

Highland Small Communities Housing Trust is a registered charity set up in 1998 to help rural communities secure long term solutions to their local housing needs.

HISEZ is the support and development agency for social enterprises in the Highlands and Islands. They help social enterprises and communities towards economic growth and increased sustainability and social impact. Their work spans businesses, voluntary organisations and the local community.

Lloyds TSB Foundation have a mission to make a difference to the lives of individuals and communities in Scotland, by encouraging positive change, opportunities, fairness and growth of aspirations, which improve quality of life.

People’s Postcode Trust seek applications for projects that focus on the prevention of poverty, promotion of human rights, equal rights and conflict resolution for some of society’s most vulnerable groups.

The Robertson Trust provide funding awards to charitable organisations operating in Scotland through their Open Grants awards.

The Royal British Legion Scotland offers grants to help ex-service personnel in a variety of ways.

Santander Foundation provide grants for those who are directly disadvantaged in the UK. Their funding is aimed at small local charities.

SCVO can help you track down the funding you need to make a difference in your community.

Signpost is a non-profit making link between volunteers and voluntary organisations.

Social Investment Scotland provide funding for social enterprises and community groups in the form of social investment.

Sport Scotland works closely with partners to improve the links between schools, clubs and performance sport as they continue to build a world class sporting system.

The Tesco Bags of Help grant scheme is permanently open for applications from a wide range of community groups, schools, local authorities and organisations.
